Reports To: General Monitoring Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Train, supervise, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve daily targets
- Ensure all team members understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Review and share client loan applications (dockets) with relevant teams
- Assess loan applications, especially those above 3M
- Drive continuous marketing and client acquisition within your cluster (area)
- Monitor loan repayments and ensure clients repay within agreed timelines
- Track and report team performance on assessments and collections
- Ensure full compliance with company directives across the team
- Oversee loan disbursement processes on scheduled days
- Report any issues or challenges to management promptly
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in team leadership or field operations (preferably in financial services)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Flexibility & adaptability
