Location: Various regions across the country (flexible placement)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: General Monitoring Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, supervise, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve daily targets
  • Ensure all team members understand and follow company policies and procedures
  • Review and share client loan applications (dockets) with relevant teams
  • Assess loan applications, especially those above 3M
  • Drive continuous marketing and client acquisition within your cluster (area)
  • Monitor loan repayments and ensure clients repay within agreed timelines
  • Track and report team performance on assessments and collections
  • Ensure full compliance with company directives across the team
  • Oversee loan disbursement processes on scheduled days
  • Report any issues or challenges to management promptly
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in team leadership or field operations (preferably in financial services)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and monitor team performance
  • Good analytical and decision-making skills
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Flexibility & adaptability
