IOM Kenya intends to engage a Solar Energy Assessment and Installation Monitoring Assistant to support collection and analysis of site and electricity-consumption information, preparation of draft procurement documentation, and monitoring and reporting on installation activities. The Consultant will work under the guidance of designated IOM officials.
