Need to extract text content and reformat. We must keep all original content word-for-word. That means we cannot drop any text, but we can change tags to appropriate semantic ones. Must preserve text exactly as appears (including punctuation, spaces?). We need to be careful: The original includes some HTML entities like ' for apostrophe, & for &. We must preserve them as they appear? The instruction: preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. So we must keep the exact characters, including entities. However we are to output HTML; we can keep those entities as is. We need to strip out all original tags and replace with our own tags per rules. But we must keep the text content unchanged. Thus we need to parse the given input, extract the visible text (including entities) and then wrap in appropriate tags. Let's extract the text. Given input:

    then

etc then text: NQF Level 7 - Degree, Advance Diploma or Postgraduate Certificate or equivalent

etc.) Then Closing Date etc. We need to extract all text, preserving entities. Let's manually extract the text in order, ignoring tags. I'll go through line by line. 1. "Lets Write Africa's Story Together!" (note there is a space after the exclamation inside the span? The span ends with a space before . The text includes that space? The span content: Lets Write Africa's Story Together! includes a space after the before . So the text includes that space. We'll keep it as is. 2. "Old Mutual is a firm believer in the African opportunity and our diverse talent reflects this." 3. (empty p tags) ignore. 4. (more empty) ignore. 5. (more empty) ignore. 6. "Job Description" 7. (empty) ignore. 8. (empty) ignore. 9. Then the paragraph: "The business Development Officer will drive profitable growth across the corporate insurance portfolio through new business acquisition, strategic account development, and strong broker and intermediary partnerships. The role will focus on identifying and converting corporate opportunities, developing a sustainable sales pipeline, leveraging multinational business opportunities, and delivering an exceptional client experience across the sales lifecycle." Note there is a
after that sentence before next sentence. The
is a line break; we need to preserve the text but we cannot use
tags in output. However we must preserve the content word-for-word, meaning we must keep the line break? The instruction: preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. If we replace
with nothing, we are removing a character (the
tag). But we are allowed to change tags? The instruction says we must format as clean semantic HTML, using only

    ,

    ,
    • . We cannot use
. However we must preserve original content word-for-word. This is contradictory: we cannot keep
if we are not allowed to use
. But maybe we interpret that we must preserve the textual content, not the markup. The original content includes the
tag as part of the markup, but we are to output only semantic HTML, so we can replace
with a paragraph break (i.e., end one

and start another). That would be adding a

tag, not removing content. The textual content (the words) remain same; the line break is not considered content but formatting. Usually in such tasks, we treat
as a line break that can be represented by a new paragraph. Since we cannot use
, we will treat it as a paragraph break. Thus we will split at
. So after the first sentence, we start a new paragraph for the next sentence. The next sentence: "The ideal candidate is a mid-level sales professional with demonstrable experience in corporate insurance sales, new business development, pipeline management, and target delivery. Experience in Group Life, Group Credit Life, Employee Benefits, or related corporate insurance products is highly desirable, alongside a proven ability to build relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and intermediaries." Note there is a period after delivery then space then "Experience". So we keep as is. Then we have empty p tags. Then we have "

      1. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      " => header. Then
      then "

      A. Business Delivery & Growth

      " => subheader. Then
        list items. Then

         B. Business Development & Proposal Management

note there is a non-breaking space before ? Actually there is " " where the space is a non-breaking space (U+00A0). We must preserve that space? It's part of the text before the bold. We'll keep it as a space. Then
          list. Then

           C. Market Intelligence

etc. Then after that list, there is "

" which is a paragraph with a non-breaking space inside bold? Actually "

" includes a non-breaking space inside bold tags. That's likely just formatting; we need to preserve the space? It's basically an empty bold with a space. We'll keep the space as text. Then "

          D. Client & Intermediary Relationship Management

" etc. And so on. We need to convert all headers to

          . The spec: Use

for section headers (e.g. Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Education, Experience, Skills, How to Apply, Key Duties, About the Role). So we need to treat headings like "Job Description", "1. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES", "A. Business Delivery & Growth", "B. Business Development & Proposal Management", etc as headers? The spec says use

for section headers. It doesn't say we must differentiate levels; just use

for any header. So we will wrap each heading line in

tags. But we must preserve the text exactly, including any leading/trailing spaces? We'll keep the text as is inside

. For list items, we wrap each
        • content in
        • inside
. We must not add any extra text. We must not use any
            ,
, CSS classes, inline styles. We must output only HTML. Let's construct. We'll go through the text sequentially, generating appropriate tags. We'll treat any line that is not a list item and not empty as either a paragraph (

            ) or a header (

) if it looks like a heading (bold or numbered). But spec says use

for section headers (e.g., Responsibilities, Qualifications, etc). It doesn't forbid using

for other text. So we need to decide which are headers. Original headings: - "Job Description" (bold) - "1. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES" - "A. Business Delivery & Growth" - "B. Business Development & Proposal Management" - "C. Market Intelligence" - "D. Client & Intermediary Relationship Management" - "E. Distribution & Channel Development" - "F. Credit Control & Client Service" - "G. Reporting, CRM & Performance Management" - "2. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES" - "3. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE" - "4. QU
