Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Strong understanding of business development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
- Language: English
