line-height: 150%;">Assist the billing Supervisor in checking of the bills thereby identifying and eliminating any errors to </span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">ensure correct billing of all Post-Paid Customers. </span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Using a pre-determined sample, detect, report and follow up on bill errors for resolution by I.T department. </span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">To perform mid-month (mock) bill verifications aimed at ensuring that any major errors are identified, reported to I.T and fixed before month end.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Validate content manual invoicing of all clients monthly and archival of content data usage.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Complete Corporate CRBT activations as per client request and payments made.• To timely resolve and provide feedback on Customer billing disputes, queries and inquiries.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Support MTN’s overall Customer Management and quality initiatives by paying regular customer visits to key </span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Postpaid client premises and making outbound calls to survey invoice quality.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">To manage and update Customers’ billing address data on the billing system thereby ensuring all clients have a proper billing address (physical and e-mail).</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Attend to returned (undelivered/bounced bills), ensure re-delivery and coordinate with credit controllers where reasons for non-delivery of bills are inactive or change of bill receiver’s email.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 150%;">Timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting to monitor performance.</span></span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: "MTN Brighter Sans";"><span style="font-size: 9pt;
