Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial analysis and advice to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a non-profit organization
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
