Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations (inbound and outbound)
- Manage and optimize team performance across supervisors and clerks
- Drive productivity targets and KPIs compliance - continuous improvement
- Ensure inventory accuracy and system alignment - governance (inventory cycle count processing)
- Oversee store deliveries and logistics coordination
- Improve processes, layout and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards
- Report performance and align with HR on team management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and operations
- Excellent communications skills
- Good in Management and operations skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Flexibility and multitasking capabilities
- Previous experience in warehouse in retail business is beneficial
- Bachelor's Degree in Business management or related field is preferable
- 5-8 years warehouse experience (retail/fashion preferred)
- 2+ years in a leadership
