Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve meals efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely
• Process payments (cash, card, M-Pesa)

Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed, honest, reliable, and a team player
