Value Chain Strategy Lead (Fixed-Term)

Job Description

Seeking an exceptional entrepreneurial and analytical professional with 5+ years of experience to analyze & contribute to the growth of diverse market access business units to serve smallholder farmers. You will ensure that market access value chains are analyzed against the winner value chain framework thoroughly and accurately to 1) inform org resourcing decisions, 2) guide Market Access stakeholders on how to strengthen those value chains, and 3) deliver impact for smallholder farmers and especially youth and women. Responsibilities include Value Chain Analysis, Value Chain Development, and Special Projects. Qualifications include entrepreneurial appetite and horsepower, excellent analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills & stakeholder management, and project management & organizational skills.
