Job Description

As the Soko Chief of Staff (CoS) you will provide execution support to the Market Access Director, coordinate team-wide communications, and propel special projects. To succeed in this role, you will need to excel as a generalist and be intrinsically motivated by results. Responsibilities include Strategic Projects & Execution, Cross-Functional Coordination, Reporting & Performance Tracking, Team Management & Talent, and Process Improvement. Qualifications include technical skills, strong project management and organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills, data analysis and performance management systems, knowledge of business operations, supply chain, and agribusiness experience, understanding of East African agricultural markets and smallholder farmer dynamics, and familiarity with One Acre Fund's operating model and Soko's approach to farmer impact, new value chains, etc.
