Social Media Manager

What you'll do

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches
• Engage with our audience — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way
• Track performance metrics and report on growth, reach, and engagement monthly
• Collaborate with design, copy, and product teams to bring campaigns to life
• Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats

What we're looking for

• 1 – 2 years of social media management experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite) and analytics dashboards
• Basic graphic design skills — Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
• Bonus: video editing experience for Reels/TikTok and paid social campaign management
