Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability for SME clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide financial advisory services to SME clients, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including SME clients, suppliers, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on SME clients
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with clients and stakeholders
