The Senior Program Manager - SPM County Cluster Lead will provide strategic leadership to the County Cluster, ensuring effective implementation of the Country Office’s strategic priorities and goals. The role will be responsible for managing a team of Program Managers and providing technical support to the County Cluster teams. The Senior Program Manager will also be responsible for developing and managing the County Cluster budget, ensuring compliance with World Vision’s financial policies and procedures.
