About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Manager to lead our Lifecycle Retention team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to drive revenue growth
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement retention initiatives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer retention
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Lifecycle Retention team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in customer retention or a related field
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing customer retention strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
