Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote products or services
• Present, demonstrate, and sell products to prospective clients
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
• Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve sales performance
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a salesperson or in a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
