🚨 We’re Hiring: Recruitment Supervisor (Manufacturing, Construction/Industrial Focus)
📍 Kisumu – Miwani | 🏢 KEDA Ceramics International Company Limited
Are you a results-driven recruitment professional with experience hiring for Manufacturing, construction, or industrial roles? We’re looking for a Recruitment Supervisor to lead and drive end-to-end hiring in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for non-technical and technical and site-based roles
- Identify workforce gaps and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection processes
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth employee induction
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong experience hiring for construction, engineering, or manufacturing roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
