Support onboarding processes by coordinating logistics and documentation for new hires. Identify areas for process improvement within recruitment operations and propose solutions. Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s visibility to potential candidates. Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment standards.
