Job Description
Monitor and inspect warehouse and delivery processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks on inbound and outbound shipments. Identify, document, and report quality issues, discrepancies, or damages. Work closely with operations and warehouse teams to implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and control measures. Generate and present reports on quality performance and improvement areas. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and guidelines. Support training of staff on quality standards and best practices. Address quality-related inquiries and concerns from internal teams. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in quality assurance, operations, or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the courier or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
