Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QMS & Risk Co-ordination Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing quality management systems and risk management processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement quality management systems and risk management processes across the organization.
• Develop and maintain quality management system policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure compliance with quality management system standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees on quality management system and risk management.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality management system standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management, risk management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality management and risk management.
• Proven track record of implementing quality management systems and risk management processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to travel within the country as required.
