The QMS & Risk Co-ordination Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality management systems and risk frameworks across the organization. The role ensures that operational processes meet established standards while identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with regulatory and industry standards
- Coordinate risk management processes across all departments to ensure proactive identification and mitigation of risks
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to evaluate operational vulnerabilities
- Prepare and present risk management and quality assurance reports to senior management
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with departmental heads to ensure integration of QMS practices in daily operations
- Lead training programs on quality assurance and risk management for staff
