Job Description
Tharaka Nithi County Public Service Board (CPSB) is a body corporate established under Section 57 of the County Governments Act, 2012 pursuant to Article 235 of the Constitution of Kenya. It is responsible for the administration of the County Public Service. The Board is headed by the County Public Service Board Chairman who is appointed by the Governor. The Board is responsible for the recruitment, promotion, transfer, and disciplinary control of all staff in the County Public Service. The Board also advises the Governor on matters related to the County Public Service.
