Partnership Marketing Associate (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a Partnership Marketing Associate to join our team and support the delivery of partnership-driven marketing initiatives, particularly around events and campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with partners and internal teams to coordinate promotional activities, manage partner communications, and ensure all branding and marketing deliverables are executed accurately across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of partnership marketing campaigns for events , including coordinating email communications, social media promotions, and website updates.
• Develop and maintain partner-facing marketing materials , such as email invitations, social media graphics, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner deliverables are completed on time and meet required standards .
• Manage and support partner communications related to event promotion and brand visibility.
• Track partner assets, deadlines, and campaign timelines to ensure smooth coordination.
• Monitor basic campaign performance and assist with reporting on partnership marketing activities .
• Ensure partner branding, messaging, and visibility are consistently reflected across all marketing channels and materials.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or partnership-related roles.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail , especially when managing partner assets and deliverables.
• Experience using basic design tools such as Canva.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fully remote work environment.
