ILISAH is a design-led Kenyan brand creating distinctive home textiles and lifestyle pieces rooted in craftsmanship and thoughtful design. All our products are handmade in-house, allowing us to maintain high quality while building a scalable production system.
As we grow our retail and e-commerce presence, we are strengthening our internal operations and are looking for a hands-on, highly accountable Operations & Inventory Assistant to support our workshop and production processes.
The Operations & Inventory Assistant plays a critical role in the day-to-day running of the ILISAH workshop.
Responsibilities
- Materials are controlled and accounted for
- Production runs efficiently and on schedule
- Quality standards are consistently met
- Inventory across the workshop and store is accurate
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
