Manager (Boutique Hotel) - Mombasa

Job Description

We are looking for a Manager for a Boutique Hotel, a dynamic, hands on and result driven Manager to oversee a boutique hotel with 6 rooms and a 150 seater restaurant. An energetic professional with a strong sales background who can drive occupancy, restaurant traffic and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daiy operations bothhotel and restaurant.
• Drive room occupancy and restaurant salles.
• Develop marketing initiatives and corporate partnerships.
• Manage staff schedules, performance and training.
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Contro coast, inventory and finacial performance.

Requirements

• Diploma in hospitality Management or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in hotel and/or restaurant management.
• Strong sales and marketing experince (corporate bookings, event, walk ins, partnerships)
• proven ability to grow revenue and increase occupancy.
• Excellent leadershipmand staff supervision skills.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Experience in managing budget, stock controls, cost management and knowledge of POS and hotel management systems.
• Highly organised, proactive and target driven.
