Responsibilities:

• Originate and underwrite loans for clients
• Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients
• Close loans and ensure timely disbursement
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in loan origination and underwriting
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination software
