Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key accounts, including furniture stores, cabinet suppliers, real estate developers, and construction contractors.
- Promote and sell our stone slab products: kitchen countertops, furniture countertops, and project countertops.
- Handle full sales cycle: client communication, site visits, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
- Visit clients, showrooms, and construction sites regularly to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
- Collect market information, competitor activities, and client feedback to support business improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in building materials, furniture, kitchen cabinets, stone, or the construction industry.
- Familiar with Nairobi’s furniture, cabinet, and real estate/construction market; existing client connections are a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swahili is a plus.
- Must have a valid driving license and own a car (essential for client and site visits).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Target-driven, responsible, able to work under pressure and independently.
- Honest, reliable, and long-term oriented.
