Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage key accounts, including furniture stores, cabinet suppliers, real estate developers, and construction contractors.
  • Promote and sell our stone slab products: kitchen countertops, furniture countertops, and project countertops.
  • Handle full sales cycle: client communication, site visits, quotation, negotiation, contract signing, delivery follow-up, and payment collection.
  • Visit clients, showrooms, and construction sites regularly to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Collect market information, competitor activities, and client feedback to support business improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in building materials, furniture, kitchen cabinets, stone, or the construction industry.
  • Familiar with Nairobi’s furniture, cabinet, and real estate/construction market; existing client connections are a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Swahili is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driving license and own a car (essential for client and site visits).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Target-driven, responsible, able to work under pressure and independently.
  • Honest, reliable, and long-term oriented.
