Nova Lumina Studio is looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Executive with 0–2 years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow in a creative and fast-paced studio environment.
Key Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and building relationships.
- Basic understanding of digital/creative services (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business/Marketing/Communications or related field).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Support lead generation and maintain a healthy prospect pipeline.
- Conduct introductory meetings and understand client requirements.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to move deals forward.
- Coordinate with internal creative/project teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales activity reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and conversions.
Preferred
- Internship or prior experience in agency, media, or digital services sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
