We are seeking to recruit an ICT Service Associate - Vendor Management to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, and providing technical support to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in vendor management or a related field. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve managing vendor contracts, negotiating service level agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. The role will be based in Nairobi, Kenya.
