Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hygiene professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and equipment are clean and hygienic at all times. This includes but is not limited to, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, equipment, and facilities, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and facilities
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
• Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure that all cleaning schedules are met
• Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with the cleanliness of our facilities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the facilities manager

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in Kenya

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Certification in a related field (e.g. OSHA, CPR, etc.)
• Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g. English, Swahili, etc.)
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in Kenya
