We are a fast-growing solar energy company seeking a smart, proactive HR officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. As the HR & admin manager, you will be responsible for managing all the human resources and administrative functions of the organisation. This includes recruiting and developing staff, maintaining employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a productive work environment.
