We are looking for a Guarding Services Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
- Drive aggressive and targeted sales initiatives to increase the number of guarding clients and deployed guards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends in the security industry.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and reports to management.
- Contribute to the overall sales strategy to elevate the business to a new level of performance and profitability.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Requirements
- Diploma in Forensic and Criminal Investigations, Security Management, Criminology or related field.
- Must have experience working in the private security sector, preferably with a Tier 2 security guarding company.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition in the security industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Vibrant, confident and self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
