We are looking for a Guarding Services Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
  • Drive aggressive and targeted sales initiatives to increase the number of guarding clients and deployed guards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and trends in the security industry.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and reports to management.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy to elevate the business to a new level of performance and profitability.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Forensic and Criminal Investigations, Security Management, Criminology or related field.
  • Must have experience working in the private security sector, preferably with a Tier 2 security guarding company.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition in the security industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Vibrant, confident and self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
