Our client, a leading company in the signage, branding, and large-format printing industry, is seeking a commercially driven and experienced General Manager to lead their operations and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall business performance, including revenue generation, operational efficiency, project delivery, and team leadership. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business development skills and the ability to manage end-to-end production and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate clients, retail chains, banks, telcos, FMCG companies, and marketing agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution including design, fabrication, printing, and installation.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
  • Improve operational efficiency by streamlining production processes and workflows.
  • Manage the business unit’s P&L, ensuring profitability and strong project margins.
  • Monitor project costing, pricing, and implement cost control measures.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams across sales, design, and production.
  • Build and maintain a strong business development pipeline.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8–12+ years of relevant experience in signage, branding, exhibitions, large-format printing, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
  • Strong experience in operations and project management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a P&L or business unit.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
