Front Office Executive - Nairobi

Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Executive. Responsibilities : operate our POS system, track guest bills and prepare invoices and follow up on payments, Welcome check in and out guests in warm polite professional manor. Handle guest enquiries via phone, emails, WhatsApp and walk-ins, coordinate group bookings for NGO's, Schools , Universities & institutions, assist with shop sales, liaise closely with housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance & security, Ensure Health & Safety, security , emergency & property procedures are followed, Handle guest complaints , concierge services, coordinate group bookings, track guest meal plans, promote and coordinate guest tours & safaris,

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements

• diploma or degree in hospitality or tourism or relate field
• not a must but would need to be a quick enthusiastic learner
• excellent communicator & customer service skills
• Well organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• Computer literate with some knowledge of POS systems ( will train the right candidate)
• presentable courteous and guest focused
• Excellent English speaking skills
