We are seeking a highly dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Associate to join our team. This role is best suited for an early-career professional who is versatile, disciplined, and capable of handling both administrative and basic accounting responsibilities within a legal setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth office coordination, and safeguarding sensitive client information with the utmost discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team
  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including basic bookkeeping, reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Organize, manage, and maintain client files and legal documentation
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Support general office operations to ensure efficiency and order
  • Take initiative in handling additional responsibilities as assigned

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial record-keeping
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
