Job Description
The Senior Relationship Officer SME is responsible for managing and growing relationships with small and medium enterprise clients while delivering financial solutions that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong relationships with SME clients. Identify financing opportunities and recommend suitable banking solutions. Support credit evaluation and loan processing for SME customers. Monitor customer accounts and portfolio performance. Promote Faulu banking products and services to existing and prospective clients. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
