We are seeking a Farm Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing farm operations, including crop planning, soil management, and irrigation systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in agriculture or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in farm planning or a related role. The Farm Planner will work closely with the farm manager to develop and implement farm plans, monitor crop progress, and make recommendations for improvements. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
