Key Focus
- Lead and manage housekeeping, laundry, and public area teams
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and luxury standards across all spaces
- Oversee budgets, linen inventory, and procurement
- Develop and enforce SOPs for consistent 5-star service
- Collaborate with Maintenance & Front Office for seamless operations
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
- 8+ years' experience in luxury hospitality
