Reports to:Head of Retail
Objective: To manage the marketing "machine," ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable data and operational growth.
Responsibilities
- Funnel Optimization: Manage the lead-generation pipeline and report directly on the "Cost Per Acquisition" (CPA) to ensure marketing spend stays within operational budgets.
- Automation & Tooling: Oversee the marketing tech stack (CRMs, Email automation) to ensure data flows correctly into the operations database.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborating with the Director to prioritize marketing projects based on current operational bandwidth and seasonal business goals.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all digital tracking and reporting are accurate so the Director can make data-driven decisions for the company’s quarterly scaling.
