Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager - Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Manager in developing and implementing business growth strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Provide support in preparing business plans, proposals, and presentations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
