DATA ANALYST INTERN

Responsibilities

• Supervising clearance of riders and agents and making sure parcels are returned or delivered
• Ensure all updates are done both on google sheet and dashboard on a timely manner
• Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
• Preparing Merchant's remittance reports correctly and accurately
• Preparing and submitting department debriefs on a monthly basis or when need arises

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly
• Experience in logistics, courier services, or supply chain data analysis will be an added advantage
