Customer & Job Controller

We are a premium Vehicle Service Centre focused on delivering structured, high-quality service. We are hiring a Customer & Job Controller to manage customer communication, job tracking, and administrative accuracy across the workshop. - This is not a receptionist role. - This is a responsibility-driven role ensuring nothing is missed or delayed. Preferred Background (Not Mandatory) Experience in the automotive industry is not required. We welcome candidates from structured environments such as: Corporate administration / office coordination Logistics / dispatch / coordination roles Medical or clinic front desk environments Professional services (legal, audit, consulting firms) Not Suitable For Candidates looking for a basic front desk/reception role Individuals who require constant supervision Those who prefer unstructured or relaxed work environments Education Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Logistics, or a related field Equivalent practical experience in a structured work environment will be considered Only apply if you are: Detail-oriented Structured in your work Comfortable with accountability and responsibility Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Handle calls, WhatsApp, and walk-in customers professionally. Open and manage job cards. Ensure all vehicles are properly documented (photos, mileage, concerns) Track job progress and follow up internally. Prepare and send quotations and invoices. Record expenses daily with proper documentation. Follow up on parts and update job status.
