Communications/Marketing Associate

Job Description

Marketing & Communications Associate needed for a boutique hotel to grow brand visibility, manage social media, create engaging content, coordinate promotions, support guest communications, and maintain consistent branding. Hospitality experience, creativity, and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Digital Presence & Online Listings Maintain and update Google Business Profile and OTA listings. Ensure accuracy of room descriptions, amenities, photos, and location information. Monitor guest reviews and flag issues for management.
• Website Updates & CMS Management Update website content using Webflow or similar CMS platforms. Perform text edits, image replacements, and page updates. Test booking links, contact forms, and mobile responsiveness.
• Content Support & Social Media Execution Collect and organize on-site photos and videos for content purposes Draft basic social media captions for approval prior to posting.
• Pre-Opening Marketing & Operations Support Support preparation of guest welcome materials, in-room guides, menus, and printed collateral. Maintain a marketing task log.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related role, preferably hospitality focused.
• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sharp attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality or luxury brand exposure.
• Familiarity with Canva, OTA dashboards, and Google Business tools.
