Car sales Agent

Job Description

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Car Sales Agent based at our Kampala office.

Responsibilities

• Actively sell vehicles from our portfolio - including second-hand and repossessed cars
• Proactively call and follow up with leads - no waiting for clients to come to you
• Advise clients on makes, models, engine sizes, mileage, and market value
• Assess and communicate the technical condition of each vehicle honestly
• List vehicles on platforms such as jiji.ug and manage incoming inquiries
• Conduct test drives and physical inspections with potential buyers
• Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, and sales in our CRM

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales
• Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and technical basics
• Strong communication skills - confident on the phone and in person
• Proactive attitude - able to generate and follow up on own leads
• Honest, reliable, and results-driven
