Job Description
The Business Intelligence & Systems Analyst – East Africa Shared Services will support the Regional Head of Controlling & Shared Services in driving digital transformation, AI and data enabled analytics, and system optimization across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. This role focuses on consolidating fragmented systems, creating single source of truth dashboards with exception reporting, automating manual processes, and implementing AI-driven insights and predictive models to optimize finance, operations, and trading decisions. Additionally, the role will act as the central point for all system operational changes, ensuring system security and controls, and driving cross-business unit integration to deliver real-time, actionable insights.
