Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to strengthen partnerships.
  • Business Development & Sales
    • Identify potential business opportunities and leads.
    • Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand market reach.
    • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research & Insights
    • Stay up to date on current market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals closed.
    • Prepare regular reports on performance, market trends, and business development progress.

Key Requirements, Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales or business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and client needs.
