We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and business development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and capable of identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in a competitive market. This role requires a professional who thrives under pressure, maintains integrity, and consistently delivers excellent customer engagement and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate sales and achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong client portfolio.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Manage receivables and support debt collection efforts where necessary.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to align strategies.
  • Attend meetings, networking events, and client visits as required.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
