Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to join our team in Utawalakitengelakerarapon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
• Ability to travel to different locations as required
