We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes. Key responsibilities include: Analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve business processes. Identifying and prioritizing business opportunities and developing business cases to support them. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions. Providing business analysis support to senior management and other stakeholders. Developing and maintaining business process documentation and procedures. Identifying and mitigating business risks. Providing training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems. Developing and implementing business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
