Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Manage cash flow, including forecasting and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide training and support to staff on financial matters
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA (K) or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong commitment to quality and customer service
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, staff, and external parties
