Key Responsibilities
- Drive Customer Success Partner (CSP) Standardization: Ensure CSP processes and systems are consistently adopted.
- Offload transactional tasks to OTS according to the offshoring catalogue, maintaining clear roles between CSPs and OTS.
- Enforce adherence to sales minimum standards for CSPs.
- Drive Sales Performance and Productivity: Leverage insights tools to improve performance across Regions/Areas in collaboration with the Regional Pipeline and Performance Lead.
- Influence and implement performance-enhancing actions via SLT.
- Scale local Integrated Solutions across customers through CSPs.
- Strategic Partner to Area Sales Manager: Align Area execution with regional sales strategy and tools.
- Support sales coverage processes, ensuring timely and high-quality plan execution.
- Use insights from Regional Sales Operations to prioritize actions within SLT.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Support pilots, system rollouts, and gemba visits.
- Maintain local data hygiene in line with regional and global standards.
Who We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Maritime Studies
- 7–10 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management
- Proven experience leading high-volume logistics operations teams
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail under pressure in fast-paced environments
